Harold F. Johnson, 91, of the Leisuretowne section of Southampton, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2012, at the Samaritan Inpatient Hospice, Mt. Holly.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Harold resided in Bellmawr, NJ most of his life before moving to Leisuretowne 32 years ago. He was a U.S. Army Air Force veteran who proudly served our country during WWII, where he received 6 bronze stars. Harold retired in 1971 from the Pepsi-Cola Corp. in Pennsauken, NJ.

Brother of the late Billy Johnson; he is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Eleanor (nee Blumer) Johnson; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Wayne and Carol Johnson of FL, and Bruce Johnson of Turnersville, NJ; his daughter, Marlene Johnson Mueller of Clayton, NJ; five grandchildren, Bruce, Steven, Daniel, Jonathan and Christina; and 9 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, January 19, 2012, from 10-11AM, at the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St., Medford, NJ. Funeral services will be held at 11AM, at the funeral home.

Interment with military honors will follow at the Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, N. Hanover, NJ.
