DR. Flora Rauer, Medicine Woman:
I can honestly say from the very first time I met Flo my life was never the same. I continue to grow and draw from our times together. Her example of how she lived and loved. She was the embodiment of generousity, kindness and hope.
Her brillance of mind and Beauty, her smiling face and air of confidence drew people to her like a magnet. She was a pillar of the community and a advocate of the sick and poor in spirit.
She was so dedicated to healing people and making this world a better place. She touch so many lives. Did she know? could she possible know? She was so humble.
I remember I came over with the the sheet music for the song Save the Best for Last by Vanessa Williams she had never heard the song before. She sat @ her baby grand and began to play it like it was her favorite song. She played it for me often and I sang the words for her. We had many good times in her refuge by the sea Ken Ken, Flo and I. I used to love to knock on her door knowing she would open it with that welcoming smile and be wearing her white coat with her name embroiderd on it. Always dressed like a Lady! How I loved her for that. Hello Barbie Dear. Could she have possible known how much I needed to hear that. I thank God that I had the priveledge of knowing her and I will never forget her. Rest in peace my angel till we meet again.
