John Moore joined the firm as an intern in 1981, later as a Funeral Director. John worked alongside his mentor, Bill Huber, for 18 years. He became President of the firm in March of 1999, taking over the daily operations along with his wife, Dawn Moore. In April of 2000, the name was changed to Huber-Moore Funeral Home as we continue the long tradition of personalized service. Regrettably, he then passed away in May 2010, leaving his wife and children to happily carry on the operations of the funeral homes. Our family consists of Dawn, Heather, Hillary, and J.D. Moore, the owners of the firm, who will be carrying on the late John Moore’s legacy.
